YOu know what??? I agree with you about this kind of cat. They don't seem to be very good looking in the conventional way were used to thinking about cute of course, but I look at her, and just think for a second that her "looks" were nothing she picked out and aspired to be like. She had no say in the matter, and it was the ugly human beings that designed this kind of cat for money, and for that reason alone I love this little girl. I was not born with great looks myself, so I relate to some degree to her, and saddest of all is the lesson she brings to us also. I bet she doesn't even think about what she looks like, because it simply isn't important to her. It's us human beings that will see someone we think is cute, and force a terrible relationship for years and years to come rather than just find a good, loving , kind person that will make us happy all of our years here. Once I saw this cat in those terms, I so easily got past the looks, and just see a living...kind...beautiful life, that is just like all of us really........trying to make it to the next day in one piece, and chasing happiness. I hope she's dreaming of just how beautiful she really is.
Yeah, when I think some animal isn't pretty it feels so bad because that's not their fault and they can have much nicer personality than some magnificent or amazingly cute ones. An animal is an animal and I totally agree with you
How can you not fall in love with these guys? I don't like some looks of animals either at times but I ask myself why because they didn't "ask" top be born like they are just like you and me didn't choose our looks you know. so anyhow...I love them all, just like you do as well I bet.
Well, I love all the cats not matter how they look. I just wouldn't like to have a hairless one which is expensive in addition when I can just go to the shelter and save live of a homeless one That's what I mean.
I got yo now...I agree so much. I get all mine from the shelter I volunteer at and take the ones no one else wants and I get the best pals anyone can ever have. They all turn out just perfect so I agree with you so much. I'm totally against all this puppy, kitten mills and making breeds that are off the all. People don't even know it but white tigers all die very young because they are breed to be white and the genes are not good in them and they all have many health issues. The truth is we don't care about them and breed them anyhow because people love to look at them and they bring money to the zoos.
Anyhow...you're right and on the money so keep it up.
Yeah, I agree. I think if someone feels they need a purebred cat they should first take one from the shelter to do something what's right and only then buy another one just for the pleasure. At least that's what I would do.
All I can say is that these mills make millions of expensive pets and the ones at the shelter are just as good and some even better. I'm just so tired of people bringing pets in and saying they have to move or they can't afford to feed them or some lame b.s like that. I can't see how people can do that but thank god for people like you.
Pierwsze co pomyślałam: Devon Rex! ^^ Czytam: Devon Rex. Jestem pewna w 100%, że to jest właśnie ta rasa Ale jest wprost przecudny. Zawsze chciałam mieć właśnie albo Devon Rexa albo Sfinksa. Ślicznie wyszło i jeżeli mogę wyrazić własne zdanie, to ładniej by chyba wyglądało jakby miał jeszcze 1cm gratisowej przestrzeni po lewo (;
